Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrade to Pro or Enterprise for more features and higher limits.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Select your desired plan
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Confirm and activate immediately

Billing & Invoices

Manage your payment methods and access invoices.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  2. View current subscription status
  3. Download past invoices as PDF
  4. Update payment method anytime
  5. Set up billing alerts

Team Management

Invite team members and manage permissions.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter email address
  4. Assign role (Admin, Editor, Viewer)
  5. Team member receives invitation email

Cancellation & Refunds

Learn about our cancellation policy and how to cancel.

Steps

  1. You can cancel anytime from Settings
  2. Access continues until billing period ends
  3. No partial month refunds
  4. Data retained for 30 days after cancellation
  5. Contact support for special circumstances
